According to the US Coast Guard, each year there are approximately 4,463 boating accidents, resulting in an average of 2,559 injuries and 613 deaths each year. Our mission is to help prevent these types of accidents from reaching your family. FlagGuard™ was designed to help boaters better see a child floating in the water.

Erin spends every summer on a lake in Michigan with her six children. While out tubing one day, Erin’s daughter fell into the water - an oncoming boat almost hit her. Erin saw her daughter’s life flash before her eyes. This experience left such an impact on Erin’s life that she set out to design a product that would make children more visible to oncoming boats.
From our family to yours
Inspired by her dream team, Erin designed FlagGuard™ to help boaters better see a child in the water. This US Patented design gives peace of mind to all families world wide providing a feeling of security to users as they are more visible to oncoming boats. Erin has a mission to keep water activities safe and fun, for her family and yours. If there’s no flag there’s no fun!
